Need to run it until it stops and then check the voltage on each battery immediately after it stops.
This could be something as simple as a poor connection or bad cable, but may be a wire harness issue.
Like Movin-on asked, When it stops working does the reverse buzzer still sound? Or does it beep several times as the cart comes to a stop?

The reverse buzzer still works. Battery pack voltage does drop about 7 volts in 3 minutes. What u think?

Thanks

Like he asked.....Post EACH battery voltage (with decimal...8.49, 8.25, etc) when it quits. Need more info to give you good advice.

Batteries are shot, no one wants to go down that road, most common statement is “batteries are only a few years old” check the date stamped on the negative post of each battery, although someone can inadvertently ruin a set of batteries almost overnight by letting the water level to go very low and leave the plates exposed, especially with a cart that is not used much, plates can be exposed for weeks or months under those situations, a pack at 48 volts is depleted and has zero useable voltage, hence no go.
