Electrical diagram for 6pr citEcar/bintelli
Hi smart troublehshooters
We own a CitEcar/Bintelli 6 person lifted golf cart that I'm troubleshooting an electrical problem. Key switch on but everything dead; no light, no relay click, nothing. I've got 50+v across the 8x6v batteries. It has a curtis 1236 controller and two 48/12 dc-dc converters. I found a wiring diagram (see attached) that is similar but it doesn't have the correct controller nor does it show the dual dc-dc converters. I'm pretty sure I'm missing one of the permissive switches in the control ckt or a bad relay but can't figure out which one it is. My last resort is making my own diagram but my thought is it is out there somewhere. If anyone has a diagram for this cart or simply one with two dc-dc converters, I'd appreciate it. |

Did you ever get a wiring diagram or did you figure out what was wrong? I’m having the same issue
