Spotting after market igniters
How can you tell if your cart has an aftermarket igniter?

G9 & G16, mainly the G9 for now though.
Buggies unlimited site says there's meets or exceeds oem, but I'm skeptical. |

G16 doesnt have an ignitor to spot. But, it does have a TCI coil mounted next to the flywheel. Aftermarket one of those can be spotted by it having too small of mounting holes to properly adjust the gap between it and the flywheel.

Coils also have a longer wire to the spark plug, easy to spot from the outside.
