2000 DS Fully Charged and won't go
Hi everyone, I'm hoping you can help me out. I have a 2000 DS Club car which is fully charged, each battery gets 8 volts with a total of 48 across all 6. The problem is it won't move in either direction and just vibrates in place. The brake isn't stuck because I can tow it. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How old are the batteries? 48 volts with only 8 across all 6 is not the norm. DId it run before? Any changes recently? At just 48 volts to start, it may not have enough when you put it under load.

Re: 2000 DS Fully Charged and won't go
Hi Klubber,
Before I bought any parts I decided to disconnect and clean all the contacts and found one that was a bit dirty. BINGO! It's running like a champ again. Thank you very much for your input! |
