Default Update on my Li Setup 96 ClubCar 21" Off Road Tires

Originally, I installed 7x Leaf cells with a very expensive Chargery Charger/BMS. This was just over a year ago. Since, I have popped the last cell twice. No more. I picked up 200 x SPIM08HP cells around 4 months ago. Been busy, also been charging/discharging, etc...
When my latest Leaf cell popped, it was time. I build 2 x 14s packs, with a Daly 60A BMS. I also added two extra pig tails so I can hook up 7s/7s to a external battery monitor for troubleshooting.
I installed the two packs this AM and seem to work fine. I bought a small volt meter, that I 'll install on the dash (when I find it). I hope I have enough cells to install 12 more packs.
The better of the backs will push ~7Ah at 10A. The lessor, around 6.3Ah. All in all, I should have around 90Ah. Now this is bases on a single pack discharging at 10A. The more packs I make, the less each dumps, so my AH should get better. Also, I'm pretty sure the cart dies before the packs do. I think it dies around 44v, where the packs disconnect around 41v. So maybe the "lessor" packs won't matter much.
For those interested, I charge a set of batteries, then discharge. I write the Ah on each cell. Then, when I have enough, I group cells in similar size. Then, I balance them all (connect in parallel.) After this, I start assembling. I'm punching new holes in the tabs to match up with some special order very short, and very thin head size nuts/bolts. All the of the harnesses are on wire connectors. I did try using brass grommets and soldering, but it took forever.
