Symptoms of a bad microswitch??
What are the symptoms of a bad microswitch? Asking for a friend.

There will be no starter action whatsoever.
The microswitch can be easily testing by simply jumping it. When jumped, the starter should turn when the key switch in turned to F or R. The cart won't move, though, as the accelerator isn't depressed. |

Well that is good, the switch itself is good. The bad news, for some reason I think there is a dead short on one of those two wires. It sparks when I touch them together and then they get warm pretty quick. Time to go deeper...
