2005 precedent dead.
Okay. This cart sat behind house for 2 years with a cover on it and no batteries. I dropped in a lithium from Extreme team yesterday. Butt connected blue and white wire coming out of OBC. I have 52.7 volts in and out on solenoid big terminal and continuity on small terminal, No click when i press on accelerator. It has been converted to MCOR 4 and that is less than 3 years old. Other than lithium battery is completely stock controller and solenoid. I have 52.7 in and out on key switch and tow run has power out. Can anyone advise on where to start?

Re: 2005 precedent dead.
I have taken the two wire plug off MCOR and put a paper clip piece as a jumper into the plug. No results. Is no click at solenoid a sign of solenoid problem or controller?

Re: 2005 precedent dead.
Blue and white need to be connected together on the harness side not coming out of the OBC. Maybe that's what you meant.

Re: 2005 precedent dead.
Nope! You need the jumper on the other side away from the OBC. Pretty sure on that.

Volt ampere, i respect your opinion a lot. But why? Its just a plug to connect the wires. There is nothing happening there? am I wrong?

You're not the first to make this same blunder. The info on how to bypass the OBC is not that clear. I have helped a buddy do it.
