2003 club car Precedent

Helping a neighbor on a 2003 Precedent? It has the lever for F/R is also has what I will call a v-glide box. The cart is 48 volt and is currently at 48 volt of charge. We recently had a power outage in the area. When the owner tried to start the charging cycle after the outage it was a no go. I checked the power in his garage and there was none. They called an electrician and the power outage burned out the breaker for the garage. That has been corrected. Still the charger will not turn on. I borrowed another charger and no luck. I did try and bypass the obc by removing the black wire from the back of the charge port and connect it to battery negative. Still no charger activity. Any ideas? Thanks

Check the small fuse in the yellow fuse holder behind the charge receptacle on the cart.

What's the serial number on the cart? It's most likely a DS. The Precedent wasn't made until 04 and never had a lever FnR.

No tag in the cart visible. Where else to look? Thanks

It's a DS not a Precedent.
