Loose tire help
I have a lifted cart and am getting wobble on the passenger side tire. I jacked my front end up and was able to shake the whole rim and noticed a lot of play inside the spindle sleeve. I cannot locate another spindle to replace it. I attached photos for assistance.
Who makes this and where can I get. Do I have to replace the whole spindle or are their inners I can purchase to tighten it up? thanks in advance |

Re: Loose tire help
When you jack up the cart so the tire is off the ground is the play in the area I marked Blue or in the Red?

Re: Loose tire help
That picture shows the spindal moving up and down which isn't correct is it.
I've never seen one work like that. Correct me if I'm wrong. |

Re: Loose tire help
Do you have a pic of the other side for a comparison? That spindle setup doesn't look correct. Is that a homemade kit or aftermarket? Looks like there should be some type of retainer or lock nut at the top to keep everything in place. Like Andy said, it should not be moving vertically.

Re: Loose tire help
It seems to me that all you would have to do is take it apart and bring the brass bushings to a tractor supply store to match them up. The spindle does look homemade so hopefully it has bushings. It looks like a long bolt and a spacer to me.

Re: Loose tire help
Does that part U are pointing at with the blue arrow, does it move up and down are is it welded to the Red part? I have never seen one do this. U should be able to take it a part and it looks like a stock spindale so should be able to buy the bushing's for it.

Re: Loose tire help
Looks like a Strech kit. May want to call them and see if they have any parts on the shelf for your cart...
