My rear tires get flat spots after sitting over night. They do smooth out after about 5 min. of driving.

Tires that have nylon belts will get flat spots till they warm up again, especially if they are low. give em 30 lbs and flat spots will probably go away. also you can roll the cart about 30 minutes before using so the tires are sitting on different spots
