Re: crack repair
Thats plastic and hard to glue. Look into bumper repair kits or a body shop with a plastic welder.

Re: crack repair
Yea, they're mine. \ #'s 1 & 2 for male Dals , #'s 16 & 17 overall for Dals I've owned. I love the breed and their wonderful personalities that all other breeds lack. People don't understand unless they're lucky enough in life to experience a Dal in their life..
They are litter mates and were named appropriately - Jake & Elwood.... Is that wonderful spot in your avatar yours? |

Re: crack repair
I did see were you fixed it, but in the future... I have been playing around with some plastic pieces, after doing my web searches, a cheap fix is old Lego's and Acetone. Drill thru the lego's, you are looking at working with the shavings, and making a paste. I use a bondo spreader, then sand as needed. Make sure you wear a respirator. I was able to fix some stuff that I just thought for sure I had to throw away.

Re: crack repair
I used Maxim Multi-fix 100898 for plastic by Evercoat. I used fiberglass drywall tape from home dippo on the under side and then squeegyed the 898 over that. when it was hard (20 minutes) I did a thick coat on the outside of the crack. After sanding and painting with a rattle can this looked like it never had a crack.
