wahoo.. she's home... i took off all the camo tape and the battery needed charging... about to take it to my mom's across town... lights work great, runs great... has new tires/rims/hub caps so i dont need any rubber for awhile.. seats are in great shape... has a long bar rearview mirror.... sanding down the body comes next. going to pick up a huge sheet of diamond plate to start making some stuff for it too. i'll have pics of progress of course =)

Sounds like you have a great project on your hands. Can't wait to see the paint job.

thanks =) it looks like it has a new battery it just was drained because the reverse beeper kept beeping the guy said. looks like a new spark plug, new clutch....

it rides really well on flat ground and down hills.. but really sluggish up hills...

what can i do to solve that?

i want to do a tuneup on the motor but i've never really messed with 2 strokes... can someone make a list of what all do to do on a tuneup for a 2 stroke please?

will that help pull hills better?

i appreciate it guys.. lots of sanding to come but i'm enjoying it right now before "work" begins

i just pulled the rear end plug and it looks dry.... so i'm going to pick up some rear end dope, an inline fuel filter so i can keep an eye on it, some lucas fuel cleaner or some seafoam to decarbonize it, and what else should i do?

Not that I'm discouraging you posting, Try putting your stuff in the Gas EZGo section, http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-ezgo/ There are a "whole" lot more EZ GO folks in there that can tell you what model and year you have, Plus what you can do to bring it up to snuff.

lol well the battery was shot.. got a new battery. got the new fuel filter on, got the light on top on but it's being a pain to mess with... got a new exhaust dealiO, found out why the rear had no lube... bottom of the gear housing is dented so it leaks... nothing some JB weld can't fix... =)

lol i guess i'm going to post in the other section. the dang flashing light is giving me trouble.. should be the EASIEST install... but i'm not sure if there's a bad ground or if it's taking too much power from the battery... but it's weird... the light works fine if i hold the 12V wire on the battery... but when i start the cart up the flashing light is just barely a flicker.... i tried hooking the power source wire to EVERYTHING that requires power.... same thing.... i'm stumped on it... should be a simple ground and 12v source with a switch in the power line.... the headlights and taillights work fine... they dont flicker or anything and they're all regular lights.... baffled
