Default fluid for 87 CC

hey guys im trying to figure out the right fluid for my 87 club car for the engine and the read Axel

im going to follow this thread here UNLESS TOLD OTHER WISE

now for the REAR END does it take 2 different oils ??

for the top case and bottom case ?


and

engine how many courts of oil and what kind for a 87 club cart thank hope to hear from someone

You'll be just fine with 80W-90 in both upper and lower cases nitro,
And it was around 1 1/2 quarts for the that.

If I remember correctly, the KF82 flathead engine takes exactly 1 quart of 30 SAE.
(but 10W-30 is also acceptable)

No special brand, in my personal carts I grab a synthetic oil and call it a lifetime differential oil change

I just noticed on my air cleaner on my 90 ds that it lists the oil to use for a flat head. It says sae 30 and other blends but cant remember. I would just use 10-30, I havent gone synthetic yet but since its revving to over 4k I need to do it soon

also when i change the rear Axel fluid on the driver side how can i get the fluid in that tiny hole any tricks ???

can i jack up the cart half way and use a small tube connected to a quart bottle and squirt it in??? let the cart down on level ground till it ooooozzzzzzz's out even with the bolt hole ???
