Well if you drill to big you can alwaysa solder it up and start over. But 3/64 is the magic number .046 for G-9 no matter which carb you have.
I tried drilling up to it overshot once bougt more jets yada yada yada you know the story. |

When I had the stock engine I tried 4 different sizes of larger main jet. From
.044 to .050, Jim is right .046 is the size you want. |

The carbs are Mikuni and the jets can be found online if you can identify you carb. Just Goggle 'Mikuni".

Club Car uses Kei-Hin carbuertors. Some may use Mikunis though.

Sorry, the jets and sizes I'm speaking of are for yamaha G-9.
Mikuni carbs are on the Yamaha I don't know about the rest. |
