Default Vegas Carts 622cc Kit, Problem?

Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I've posted here but I have an issue and I wanted to ask all of you for your advice. I've ordered the Vegas Carts 622cc 23hp engine kit for my 2000 EZGO TXT. I figured why not because my old engine just blew. Anyways, I went to install it yesterday and the front bracket and the front of the engine cradle look nothing like what they have on the instructions. I figured well they just made a change to their design. However when I bolted them on the front bracket is overlapping with the engine cradle by a good inch. Has anyone had this issue? FYI my EZGO TXT is a standard model, nothing special. I have reached out to Vegas Carts, I'm just waiting on hearing back from them.

You might be waiting a while for a reply from Vegas Carts. They're in the process of moving their business to Jacksonville Florida and won't be shipping any orders out for at least two weeks. I'm sure once they get back to you they'll resolve the problem.

I hope that I don't have to wait that long. Grrrrrrrr....... We use our cart daily. I've been down for 10 days.

Did you download the instructions? They are found easily on the website, you just have to look a bit. You have the new cradle design that gives even more adjustment then the older version.

This should make things easier.

The design they gave me was not the adjustable one like you see in the instructions. The one they gave me only has one position and the front bracket overlaps with the front of the engine cradle. As for the one you offered up, the cradle looks like mine but the front mount is different. Mine has a 2.5 inch "neck" which is why the cradle is hitting the front mount.

Can you provide some photos so we can see? We only have (2) options. The original one that we've been selling for years and the new one that is in the link above.

Those photos will not load. Please insert them directly into BGW using a JPEG file.

Did you install it backwards?

I think so. I have to cut my grass before it rains. Then I’ll check it.
