Very nice!!!
It's similar to mine!

here's a couple of close up pics of the mounting...

The two bolts holding it just above the front bumper...

And the aluminum spacers for the side mounts...

I'm not sure how long the spacers are, I'm guessing 1 1/4" to an 1 1/2"
With 1 3/4" X 1/4" Stainless steel bolt and washer each side!

There is an aluminum frame mount underneath the cowl,
Mount the Gaurd on the 2 bolts above the bumper,
Mark and drill a 1/4" hole through the cowl and frame mount,
Take a small hole saw (slightly larger then the spacer)
and drill a larger hole through the cowl only!
So that the spacer contacts the frame rail and the gaurd...
But NOT the cowl!

And your finished look should look like this!

Good luck!
and great purchase!

You may be able to find them at a "Do It Best" or "True Value" hardware store!
I know ours has them!

The tube that goes through the center of the rubber bushing on a car shock absorber might work.Should be long enough

Jimbo and I built one for my Carryall XRT. Jim built the bumper and I asked him to leave the lower verts long ( I think they were 12 inches) and I made it bolt up from there. I ended up putting a 2x2 angle on it and bolting that to 2 top holes in the frame front section. The cart is gone but here are some pics. The stock bumper hid all of the mounts....

What did you have to give for yours and what was the shipping? Reason I ask is I have one sitting here.....

thanks, $68 all together including shipping, if I knew you had one I would of gotten in touch with you but shipping from cali to FL probably would of been more than $68, I think I am going to cut the light guards of and lower them about two inches and re-weld them on there but I have to see how it looks on my 91 CC first
