Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Put some non-skid grip tape on the back of the rear seat so the pup (Sage) doesn't slide around as much back there. She loves to ride with us! We put her harness and and leash on her when we leave the yard and she thinks she is big timing [emoji16][emoji106]

Replaced all the front bushings. Couldn't get the metal sleeve bushing out of the spindle go replace, so I just used the new wafer* washer and big washer on the top and bottom of the kingpin. Wasn't too bad once I got one side done, the other was pretty smooth.

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
2005 CCP, 48v. Waiting on the Navitas AC. My cart came premiered with a factory bucket harness that was tied into all of the other cart wiring. I have removed the OBC and added an on board charger, and today I gutted the wiring to separate the 9 pin dash connector wiring from the factory bucket harness. Pretty straight forward. I have the Alpha body kit that comes with the Madjax bucket harness so I’m using that. From the original 12 pin connector I had to cut a white/blue wire that runs to the controller as well as a black and an orange to separate form the controller wiring and the factory 9 pin and the F/N/R.
I am installing a voltage reducer and a fuse block for accessories and lights which will power the light kit. Has anybody ever done this? Stripped the bucket harness? I’m assuming g blue and white from the controller need to end up back at the solenoid ? Anything other than the stock diagrams I can refer to. Light kit and accessories are a piece of cake, it’s just getting the cart to rum properly without the original bucket harness and OBC wiring Cheers |

Isn't the grip tape a bit rough on her pads?

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Just got this 07 precedent 46V cart out of its grave of about 2 years
I replaced the old batteries with new ones but cart won’t move in either forward or reverse and reverse buzzer won’t sound. Previous owner did a lot of upgrades like bigger motor, back seat, overhead mad Jax radio, underglow, jakes lift kit, and brighter 2 stage Headlights & single stage taillights. The previous owner did a renovation and addition and it got boxed in behind the shed I’ve rode it before and man this cart was fast. I’ve had an 1983 Club Car 36v for over 15 years And it had started having issues so when I was offered my dream cart with back seat that converts to a flat bed free and clear if I could get it out and running. |
