Default 09 stretch Precedent TPS to MCOR stalling

I have an 09 stretch Precedent that continues to show throttle fault 1. Tried new MCOR but still showing fault. Could the TPS to MCOR adaptor be the culprit? The cart stalls out randomly and will reset after few minutes of flipping f/r and key switch customer says. The handheld shows main dropout and low battery voltage after this happens. The throttle fault is always there. Batteries are almost new are not low at the time it shows these errors. Is it possible the motor is pulling the voltage below the 42 volt thresh hold and stalling out? Could throttle be causing these other two faults? I’m stumped!
