06 Club Car 48V Limp mode 7-8MPH
XE0613 it has curtis FSIP 1510A-5251 controller cant get out of limp mode.
I replaced the speed sensor and magnet with new. I also tried a known working solenoid off of another cart. Cart up on jack stands for testing the motor will hit full speed and then kick down to half speed and stay like that way until run/tow is cycled. Ive been testing voltages at speed sensor harness. Not sure what exactly I should have but I was looking for 15v on red wire which i do not have. Green was 4.9v, black/stripe was 0v. Not sure but I think the 15v is supplied from pin 15 of speed controller. |

I believe it should be 15v on the Red wire to the sensor.
You will have changing voltage on the Green wire based on how fast the motor is spinning. Per FSIP help page. Quote:

Re: 06 Club Car 48V Limp mode 7-8MPH
I do not have 15v with or without speed sensor. I have continuity from from controller 16pin harness to speed sensor harness but I don't believe the controller is outputting 15v.. Any ideas

Check the output on the red wire directly at the controller, make sure the sensor is unplugged.
If the output voltage is low at the controller plug, the controller is faulty. |

I was afraid that might be the case. Thank you.
