Re: 2003 club cart
Let's start here - With the assumption that your batteries are OK and charged, I would start inspecting/cleaning all your connections/cables. This could be caused by weak/bad connection. Work your way from battery positive all the way back to battery negative. Your cart is 20 years old and connections/cables build up corrosion. This is cheap (except time), you can spend a lot of money guessing/replacing motors/controller/solinoids without knowing for sure what is wrong. Also, after riding cart for a while, feel cables/componants to see if anything getting hot.

You can look at the "Stickies" in club car section for a lot of troublshooting guides. Let us know if this helps.

Re: 2003 club cart
Does it have a lever for FnR or a small rocker switch?

Re: 2003 club cart
just having time to get back on it. all battaries have 8 volts and 49 volts when in circuit. 48 volts at solenoid from battery but only 19 volts on red wire from solenoid to computer. with pedal pushed or not. what do yall think?

Re: 2003 club cart
Your pack should measure 50.9 volts 12 hours after charging if fully charged. The red wire from the solenoid to the computer, should have pack voltage on it. That wire comes right off the main battery positive feed to the solenoid.
Check from terminals to pack negative. You may have a loose/corroded terminal there. The computer needs 48 volts nominal on that wire to let the cart run. |

Re: 2003 club cart
50 volts from battery to solenoid and only 19 volts from solenoid to controller. solenoid is not clicking when you press the pedal
