I recently worked on an electric Polaris Ranger. It had the 8 x 12 volt (in parallel 4 x 12 volt packs) as the OE package. Apparently somebody figured there was enough advantage to offset the extra cost/weight.

If you see a precharge fault with a SepEx controller, put a 75 ohm, 5W resistor across the two large terminals on the solenoid. In your case, reduce the existing 500 ohm resistor to 75 ohms and the cart should run. I have done this several times with no adverse effects. Precharge normally occurs internally through the controller but when it fails to precharge sufficiently you can do it externally with the resistor.

Does anyone have or could take pictures of the wiring in the rear of your Titan. I am on the last step with the 10a fuse blowing and I can't figure out how to wire it.

I was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing all the manuals you for the Titan. I have a Titan that I am working on for a friend and I can't find any manuals online for it. Thanks!

I just pulled one of these Titans out of the weeds how hard is a service manual to get. I am having a hard time figuring out where all the wires go!
