Check out summit machine. Its a shop in Utah and they got everything you need. Tabs, hiems, misalignment spacers.
For bushings, go to a leaf spring shop and get what ever you need.

http://bluetorchfab.com/ they have a lot of off road stuff for jeeps but a lot of it would transition well onto a cart

Both of these builds are on road vehicles but the idea is there. These front ends are high speed and stable. The are fully adjustable - caster - camber - toe - balanced wheel and 4 wheel disc brakes.

shepard- those are some cool looking front ends!
has any one on here done any patterns for independent suspension or big block mount plates?
ive spent some time in woodworking forums and they all share the patterns they come up with
