Looking back at the posts from the last week or so I'll bet 10 people or more including me have replaced their MCOR. The one I replaced was only about 4 months old. Unfortunately no warranty. It was a NAFTA model MCOR4.

I haven't had to replace many MCOR4s yet. MCOR3 is a different story.

I replaced my MCOR 2 with the MCOR 4 conversion last week and my cart performs better than ever

I really wasn't that pleased with my DCX 500 controller until I made the change, it starts and runs smooth as you please now

Bought my 2011 rebuilt by a sponsor; from the get go it would drop out here and there. Unknowing I purchased a MCOR 3 to replace the 2 and the 3 was absolutely no better if it was not worse than the 2 it replaced.... Got a 4 from Mister TahoeDawg and to this day it has been the best money spent....

I guess I need to chime in to. Upgraded to MCOR4 when I got my DCX500. It worked fine most of the time. But occasionally, out of the blue when I would take off it would just about cause a case of whiplash. I danced around it for a few months hoping it was something else besides the MCOR. Finally I convinced myself that it really was the MCOR. I installed the new one and I am now 99.5% happy. Now I got a spare. If it acts up again I'll figure out a way to clean the old one.

Do you happen to know the date codes on the MCOR4s that you had problems with? Could have been a bad batch.
