Thanks
A) Light remains on with AC and DC connected- either no AC (light will go out when reconnected) or charger ran for 16hrs and switched off.
B) Light remains on with DC disconnected - more than 75% of energy removed from batteries
C) Light remains on if charge is disrupted by disconnecting DC plug - batteries did not receive adequate charge
D) Light burns for 10 seconds if charge is disrupted by disconnecting DC plug - batteries did not receive full charge but vehicle may be used.
E) Light comes on intermittently when vehicle is in use - open circuit (no load)battery voltage below 48v
Check batteries, OBC and Charger

These are new, one original charge completed last week. Ran the cart as suggested down to about 50% and then tried to charge.
Charger turned off in less than 10 sec and had the blinking light.
I have checked all Batts for V and SG.
Number 4 Bat shows 4.4V, two others are at 8.0V, with the rest at 8.11 - 8.17.
Nbr 4 is def bad, others not sure yet, certainly not too happy with this set.
