Question 03 Club Car stopped running and it will not charge please help!

Hello I have a 2003 electric club car I believe is a 36 v since the charger is only a 3 prong charger and has a f N R lever below the seat next to the switch is the light switch. I am very new to golf cars and please forgive me for my ignorance.

I was riding around at full power than I hit a bump and it just stopped working the battery light came on and I could not get it to go again. I do hear a clicking sound when I press the pedal but it does not move I also moved the fnr lever and did hear a buzzing sound the terminal do seem to have some corrosion I will start cleaning them tomorrow what else can I do to check this I honestly think something came loose since I hit a bump but do not know where to start? thank you for your help.

Luis

Yes, look for a loose wire. The fact that the low battery voltage Light came on may indicate the problem is within the battery pack cabling .... This is very probable if you do not have battery hold downs in place.
FYI the 3 prong plug you describe is likely the round 48v plug. Verify the pack voltage by counting water fill holes in a single battery... 3= 6v or 36v pack and 4 holes = 8v or 48v pack.
