Diode and resistor placement on HD solenoid
I'm installing a HD solenoid (Albright SW200) on my 2006 Ezgo Txt 36 volt and have some questions. I'm assuming I need to install the existing resistor (from the old solenoid) on the new solenoid? Or does this solenoid have an internal resistor? I saw a thread mentioning that was possible on some solenoids. Also, I thought I saw a nice diagram of the SW200 showing polarity of the spade connectors to the coil and how to install the diode in the right direction. Thanks in advance!

Re: Diode and resistor placement on HD solenoid
Does you SW200 have a small + and - sign next to the small terminals?
Does it have a + sign next to one of the big posts? And what cart are you asking about for the install? |
