The differential in a DS vs a Carryall 1 is the exact same. That's a heck of a deal man. You did good. As for the batteries, any batteries are good for core, but it looks like you've got some mixed batteries in there. An automotive battery will still count towards a core credit, it just won't be as valuable as a golf car battery.

so started to do the front end swap. only snaped 4 bolts(1 being the 4-1/2"). got the rear hubs off the extra axle and installed. started going through my extras shelf. found a motor, two chargers, looking for a front trim. friend gave me a set of ok 4 year old cores that hold enough charge to test for some junk cores i had behind the garage. where can i get the long bolts for the motor? i have none

I've got a 3.75hp High Speed factory motor with a factory 300A Curtis controller if you'd rather use that. Just took it off of a cart we upgraded with an Alltrax and an Admiral. It works fine.

well day late on calling dave. o well got the front end all bolted in and went to the mid section can you spot whats wrong here.20180918_205639.jpggoing to my local golf cart shop thursday to see what they have in he way of front body panels used. mayby ill get lucky.

no worries. on the pluse side the cart shop was i good place to go. found a used front clip and used lights and its starting to come along.

just a update. sold the cart and got a front and rear body out of the deal for a ds frame i have rolling around in the shop. now to the next project
