Default My 1st golf cart

I just bought a 2008 club cart precedent electric. Just wondering what others would recommend for upgrades? I want to lift it and get rims, tires right away. What lift kit would you on your cart? Then I will work on performance. I will take any advice thank you.

Here is an Allsports A-arm lift. That is about the best you can get and it has the everything needed. http://www.americanliftkits.com/club...port-lift-kit/

Welcome and congrats on your first cart. Get ready for a ride cause upgrading a cart will be an fun experience. You have definitely chosen a cart with the right platform to build off of and use the advice from these experts and site sponsors to help you along the way. Looking forward to pics and updates along your build and don't be shy about asking questions.

BTW: I second Nole's advice on the Allsports Lift. I put an Allsports 6" Super Sport version on my DS and it has performed very well. If your going to haul people using a rear seat then go ahead and upgrade the rear leaf springs when you're doing the lift.

Ken, whatever lift kit you get, make sure it's for your Precedent. The Precedent and DS lifts are similar, but different. Site sponsors keep this site on the cutting edge and their expertise is second to none.

If you reach out to Dave at Revolution Carts you will not get a response until next week as he's out this week. Just an FYI.

Poor Dave, most cruise ships have casinos and multiple bars. Hope he stays safe and happy.
