2008 precedent stuck in reverse

Woke up this morning and went to drive my cart to work only to find out its stuck in reverse. Tried messing around with the switch and wires with no luck. Is this a normal occurence? Anything i should try doing? Thanks in advance

Ive spent the last hour in the garage trying to troubleshoot this problem. I took apart the fwd/rev switch and trialed jumping the wires directly to eliminate the switch...both ended up resulting in the cart going in reverse. If its not the switch, does that mean that the Alltrax is the problem? The cart has been running fine, why would this suddenly start happening? Please, any input is greatly appreciated

Switch the F1 and F2 wires on the Alltrax and see if you go forward instead of reverse "first". I believe it should be the Blue and Orange wires connected to your motor as well. That would at least eliminate a motor issue. Then it would be either your switch or the Alltrax. If you manually jumped the switch wires with no luck then it would be your Alltrax. The switch wires should have been white, red and blue with the red wire in the middle of the switch, blue to the driver side and white to the passenger side of the switch.

Hey Scuba, thanks for the reply. Switched the motor wires, but only had fwd then. Spoke to Alltrax this afternoon..troubleshooted the controller and found that the controller is activating reverse even when there is no reverse current to trigger it. Gonna have to switch out the controller...sux!!! Thank you Scubabud and Shadowman!
