Club car precedent shutting off
2004 cart.
Battery voltage 51.2. Ride 4-5 miles and suddenly you have no throttle. No click when you press the pedal. Voltage 50.1. Plug in the charger and after it comes on, immediately disconnect it. Cart then runs normal again. What could cause this? Solenoid, OBC, MCOR or something else? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Club car precedent shutting off
Should the solenoid get hot on a 4-5 mile run using 50% throttle?
I noticed the solenoid was quite warm. Not too hot to touch but very warm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Club car precedent shutting off
BTT
Last week I decided to ByPass the OBC thinking that may be the issue. But yesterday after riding for several miles my daughter calls and they are broke down and the cart wont move. I grabbed the charger and drove to them. Got there and pushed the pedal and nothing. I grabbed the charger and plugged it in and while it was plugged in I pushed the pedal. Cart clicked and started moving. So they drove the cart a few more miles and then went home. Its not an overheat issue. Its not a bad connection issue. I’m wondering if its a Controller Issue and plugging in the charger in some way resets it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
