2017 CC Precedent - No Solenoid Click

Club Car won’t go. Put new batteries in cart after sitting in storage for 16months. Replaced solenoid thinking it was dead. Still no click when key switch was turned. Cart was running 3 months ago then put back into storage and left untouched.

Batteries were new when we stores the cart. Voltage is to low to trigger club car charger, we “jumped cart” from another battery bank. This gave the charger enough juice to start, but errored out after a few hours. Are the batteries likely no good after being idle for 16 months?

Any ideas on both problems.?

If you left them with no charging for 3 months, they are probably severely discharged. They self discharge when not in use and need frequent charging to be kept alive. Try several hard charge cycles and they may come around if they really only sat for 3 months.

I installed a new solenoid and still no luck. I do have 48 V at the solenoid when the key switch is turned. Where do I go from here?

When I put it in reverse I do hear the reverse buzzer. So I do feel like the controller is working. Kind of stumped as to where to look next
