Default Used Batteries from Ebay.

Has any had the experience of buying used batteries before? I have been looking at some of the prices on used Trojans and wondering if it is worth the savings. I have a 96CC DS 48V and I wanna find the best possible deal on the batteries I can. Any opinion on bang for buck? The golf cart will be for campground use, and occasional trail riding. It has a lift and tire size is undecided.

Yep. Save yourself the trouble and just buy them locally. Suck it up and buy the best ones you can afford.

They "might" be able to ship VIA truck freight but "if" they did there would be an EXTREME hazmat fee. They ship new batteries unfilled.

Yes. Hydrochloric acid.
AKA Battery acid. Cost's about $15 for 5 gallons. ( I think thats what it cost last time from NAPA.)
