Default Cushman Transmission Shift Fork Bushing

I have a Cushman Turf Truckster 84056, Suzuki 3 cylinder EFI, with a 67HD 5 speed manual transmission. (This is the more rare manual trans in these and is not the trans that splits horizontally).

My 5th gear/reverse shift fork has bad plastic bushings.

I do have the correct part number 4148263 that Jacobsen supplied me with.
I have checked with Suzuki Powersports, a former Suzuki Auto dealership, and Suzuki USA... they are unable to cross reference this part number.

Other than 3D printing or buying the entire assembly 4148263, does anyone have a source for these?

I ended up ordering the entire assembly from Directparts.com, which appears to be a legit Cushman site.
Unfortunately, their communication was poor. After only receiving an order confirmation, I called in a little over a week later, and they said they would get back to me. That's also what they said the next time I tried them. I left a voicemail today letting them know I was willing to wait but on delivery but wanted to make sure the parts would be available. An hour later they sent me an order cancelation.
I have now ordered from Country Cat - hopefully the service is better.
