![]() Cushman Manuals for the OMC Cushman Trucksters, Haulsters, etc. can be found on the www.sillylittlecars.com website. Look in "Manuals" and then click on the "highlighted text" for shop manuals. The 826767 Supplement manual contains the OMC motor rebuild information plus electrical diagrams for all of these models. The 826767 manual itself contains exploded views of the sub assemblies and parts lists for the models listed.

Do a Google search for "Taylor Dunn" and you should find many sources of parts and information for them. When I was once the Fire Marshal for a large manufacturing and research facility, we modified a Taylor Dunn 3 wheel electric burden carrier to make it into a fire truck. Not so much for fighting fires, we let the real fire companies do that. This was to carry a folding ladder and tools for alarm testing, and extinguishers to exchange when the wall hung extinguishers needed swapping out. I'll build up another fire truck just like it, if I ever find the same model to begin the rebuild with. It saved my fire techs and me a lot of walking. Charley |

![]() grege454 recently posted this about his 1986 Cushman Turf Truckster in the Cushman Sub forum, so I am posting the details of his post here. He solved his need and may have also have helped many others. Thank you grege454.
With Cushman vehicles, not much changed year to year on similar models, so I suggest that anyone needing to replace their steering box on mid 1980's 4-wheel Trucksters that it is very likely a Saginaw 525, and available rebuilt or new through most auto parts stores. Not cheap, but better than unobtainium. Take your old steering box with you for a positive match. Charley |
