Thanks for all the advice guys, I have a PowerDrive 17930-11 charger. I did see that I have one battery that had a questionable cell using a hydrometer, it wasn’t that far off though. I’m thinking my next step is to drive it and reset OBC.

Well...I've tried everything that was recommended or could think of to no avail. Guess I'll just get a better dash V.O.M and charge manually, otherwise I'll just be cooking my batteries.

I'm assuming that my target charge voltage is 58 volts ?
