1991 G9 Build Pics
It's no where near done, but I am making progress. I would like to thank The New Guy and Mike Mac for all the help (Mike I found your thread on rear flip seat and it helped a ton), everyone else who posts their build pics for us to learn from, and ESPECIALLY the site sponsors who have excellent customer service and unbeatable prices!!

Got her running, all needed was Carb, spacer, air cleaner, throttle cable, solenoid, oil change, and built a rear flip seat. More rear seat pics to come and the lift kit should arrive TUESDAY

1991 G9 Build Pics Generator Motor Installation
It's been a while but I did manage to get some stuff done on the cart. Before summer I finished the lift, tires, winch, rear rack/seat, and paint. Just recently I met someone with a machine shop who offered to build me an adapter to fit my stock clutch to a generator motor for FREE!!! He did have to bore out my stock clutch so I was committed. I went with the 500cc engine versus the 992cc engine for the fuel consumption. The motor is in but with no exhaust, it is FAST. My exhaust manifold should be here this week so I can get an exhaust made and get my top speed. I was planning on using an older GM alternator with a built in voltage reg for my charging system, anyone else try this?? Pros, cons?? I also plan on welding the rear diff and installing a snow plow Once all is done I will tear it down and paint it and make perdy.

Re: 1991 G9 Build Pics
Looks great there Tripp. You could patent and sell that generator clutch adapter! Is that a propane rig you are running??? I think that would be a first here.......

Re: 1991 G9 Build Pics
Yes it is propane, these engines run on propane or natural gas. It's burns really clean and the throttle response is incredible. I'll be sure to post some more detailed pics and a video one I get it all dialed in.
