2010 precedent bumper headlight harness question

Bought bumper healdlight and 48to 12v reducer wire haness that plugs into light (fig 1). When i dropped the dash i realized i had no 9 pin connectors to plug into. Spade conectors in place (fig2). can i cut the light kit 9 pin connectors off at red line(fig3) and use blue connectors to join red wire to harness blue and green wire to harness_______? ground? (enlarge area in white circle fig3)
Any help highly appreciated.

Do some research, but the 2008.5 Precedent needs a bucket harness to install headlights,

Thank you for the timely reply. I thought this was plug and play. So your saying i need to connect this harness to a bucket harness?

The cart never had "factory" wiring to support lights. The bucket harness provides the wiring for the light switch & tail lights, with additional wiring & plugs to accept a kit to add turn signals, brake lights, horn and in some cases a power socket (lighter or USB).

My goal is to supply headlight with 12v swiched power as clean ,safe, simple as possible. This is the material i picked up.(supplies pic) Im thinking one of these harneses need to be spliced in. My question is looking at the spliced wires behind the dash, was that at one time a 12 pin plug connection, 9 pin plug connection, or is that how these models (PQ1027) came out from factory? (with the spade connectors) I dont see a plug to connect any of these harneses to.
