Default EZGO TXT hydraulic disc brakes

Hydraulic disc brake kit (2 wheel rear) for EZGO TXT. Both test carts were '96

Ausco rotors
Ausco hydraulic calipers
BrakeQuip hoses and fittings



$225 shipped includes hubs!

10" + wheels required. 9.5" diameter needed inside of wheel

Hey Sunoco , will this set up work on a 2008 TXT fleet cart ? , and what would be approx. shipping to Ontario , Canada , via postal service I guess ( let's say Toronto area )

Yes it should work on an 08. I will check the weight but I think its going to be $40.95 to Canada.

Wow! This looks mighty nice! Is this just plug and play like the Ausco mechanical disc set, or does this require significant modifications? How much more work maintenance wise compared to the mechanical disc brakes by Ausco? How much more braking performance can we expect compared to the mechanical disc brakes?

Does this work on a 2006 EZGO TXT PDS?

You remove all the stock brake components from the cables back. The hydraulic stuff bolts on pretty easy. Yes it should work on a 06. I will post the instructions when I get to the office tomorrow. You can check out the club car instructions. Obviously on the Ezgo you will replace the drum with the new hub after you remove the stock brake cluster.
