They knew they would lose that fight, and if they gave me a refund at least they would get their junk part back to sell to somebody else lol. If amex disputed it, that ignitor would have just gone to the trash can.
That's been my experience also. Additionally you just need to call them (amex) and give the info. No need to fill our forms and mail them in etc. Not recommending amex but they are good about disputes.

Scary thing about this guy was, he had good reviews (as did the product) and falsified the description, then LIED about it. The difference in cost from OEM to the aftermarket he is selling is over $50, so there's his profit.

After I called him out, he is more than willing to accept a return. Admission of guilt much?
It is possible he made a mistake. But going back and changing the description kinda looks suspect. At least he's doing the right thing.

I ordered a manual one time, like a repair manual for a car. It said "Genuine Factory Manual". When I got it....it was a "photocopy of a genuine factory manual"....lol.... I asked the seller for a refund because he was fraudulent and was breaking copyright laws etc. Refund within and hour. And I got to keep the "copy" of the manual.

People seem like they are trying to scam more and more these days. SMH

Any way to make a buck without getting a real job seems to be the commonly chosen career path anymore.
