Default charging

I have a 1998 club car 48 volt. Is there any way to charge it with a different charger. It won't take a charge with the cc charger. I ran the wire from the small yelow post on the sil. to the neg post on bat. 6 still won't charge.

sounds like your charger is bad, why not fix it, or have it fixed.

My suspicion would be the power relay, it's not a very expensive item.

inside charger to the left (looking from back of charger)of the power wire out to cart on my charger. Should have 3 wires leading to it. Power wire from charger, power wire to cart, and wire (Blue) for feedback from cart. I have a 48 volt charger so yours may be different.

if its poossible try your charger on another cart to see if it works or try another charger on your cart to see if it dosn,t work............if any of this happens lift the seat and give the grey wire coming from the charge receptical a tug to see if it pulls out if not replace your OBC.....................
