Default G16 Break Lines

I am in the process of putting the 12 inch lift kit on my Yamaha G16. Does anyone know where I can get longer brake cables.

have you ever lifted a cart 12 inches or so. I seem to be looking at a toe issue with the lift I made I am goign to be adding 2 inch wheel spacers as well as 27 inch swamp light tires hopping that might help but any thing else you might have seen would be great to know

GP....I love how yo think. You always give good advice. Useually a "stretched" car would use the standard brake cables with a special extention rod from the brake pedal to the cable equilizer. Umax "larger" vehicals do have longer cables, but may not work for you either. Maybe take a look at Yamaha service home page and check out there stretch cars brake parts brakedown. Maybe the rod extention could work for you. Later Dave

When I lowered my swing arm I also pushed it rearward. I used the stock cables and the rod extension like Dave is talking about. Just had to move the bracket that holds the cables rearward.
