Resetting OBC
Hello to everyone. I am new to this forum. I have a 2001 48v DS Clubcar which is totally rebuilt other than to the OBC. I bought this cart from a private party and it was in a flood (project cart). So make a long story short everything has been replace (about 2 years ago) except for the OBC. The problem I am having is the charger is not turning off. It has worked fine for about a year and a half and now is not shuting off after fully charged (charger=Powerdrive2). From searching this forum I could possibly have a bad battery or the OBC could be bad. So I purchased load tester and check each battery. I checked each battery with a load tester and I believe they are OK. Under load they drop to about 7.3 to 7.5 volts. Is this OK? Also can I reset to OBC without the original parts like the controller, motor, forward/reverse selector, etc.? Like I stated everything is replace but with after market parts not orginal Clubcar parts. Am I on the right track.? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
