You used to be able to pick up a filter for the radio from Radio Shack back in the day which would eliminate this problem. Not sure if they carry them any more or not.

I don't remember the exact name, but it was a filter, that basically removed the ignition noise from a car, can only imagine it would do the same from the controller. Just a thought, as I remember they were not that expensive.

What size power and ground wire are you using for the radio?
Are they ran separately and away from other wire on the cart? Does it happen on all sources (cd,fm,am)? If your looking for a filter I have some that you wire into you 12+ on the radio. |

I think we are using 14 gauge. radio is ran separate. happens on fm. didn't try am.
What is the filter called? |

I saw radio shack sells chock core filters. I am using a marine antenna.
