You used to be able to pick up a filter for the radio from Radio Shack back in the day which would eliminate this problem. Not sure if they carry them any more or not.

Do you know what to buy to cancel the noise?

I don't remember the exact name, but it was a filter, that basically removed the ignition noise from a car, can only imagine it would do the same from the controller. Just a thought, as I remember they were not that expensive.

What size power and ground wire are you using for the radio?
Are they ran separately and away from other wire on the cart?
Does it happen on all sources (cd,fm,am)?
If your looking for a filter I have some that you wire into you 12+ on the radio.

Its just called a DC noise filter. If your getting interference only through the radio, your power and ground are okay. You won't need a DC filter. It most likely your antenna. Try moving your antenna or remove your radio disconnect your current antenna, and if have like 12ga appliance cooper wiring strip one end and use 2-3ft of that. I'm using the same thing for my antenna it's hidden in my front cowl and picks up clear fm and am better then a amplified antenna.
