Default New Trojan T-105 for $450

There's an ad on Craigslist in Atlanta selling 6 T-105 for $450. Requires cores, or an additional $50 W/NO CORES. Also says they will install for another $50. Ad says batteries are 2009. Sounds cheap to me.

That's a real good price. You can check on Trojans for the year of manuf. It will be stamped on top of negative post with a letter and then two numbers. The two numbers are the year. The letter is an alphabetic for the month. I think A is January, B is feb etc.

The price of lead sky rocketed to .20c/ lb (scrap) about when gas went to 4.00 a gallon. Since then lead has dropped to .05 -.08c/lb. Hopefully this will reflect on the price of batteries soon. I doubt it. FYI tonyton

I got my new '08 Trojan 105's last October for $450 here in South Georgia, they even threw in 4 ga. battery cables.

I was told by the parts guy at the shop that the girl in charge of ordering had over ordered and that they were needing to move them out the door.
