Default Ezgo txt 1996 no go

I have a 1996 ezgo txt that will not click the solenoid nor will the charger kick on... Here are some things about the cart: 3 12v deep cycle batts that are charged and load tested good at 36.9 volts I replaced solenoid and the resistor on the front of solenoid still nothing... It looks like on the backside of the f/r switch there was a small black wire and red wire that come out of center black round part I mean real small and thin ..... This carts is starting to drive me nuts !!! Please help me

1. Two separate issues. What charger do you have?
2. What is the unloaded battery pack voltage? Should be 38.2V for a fully charged 36V battery pack. (3x12V will run cart, but not much run time)
3. Premature shotgun type guess. Uses you voltmeter to trace solenoid activation circuit on the schematic Scottyb posted in your other thread.
4. That is the reverse beeper. Not part of solenoid activation circuit.
5. A common malady amongst cart owners.

Try cleaning the contacts in the cart's charger receptacle and charger's plug.
The charger senses the battery voltage via the Auxiliary contact in the plug touching the negative Radsok in the cart's receptacle.
