Sorry to hear that, You must have some wires in the wrong place.

There should be no power in the solenoid activation circuit until You turn the key switch ON and press the pedal with the FNR off neutral.

Can you post some pictures of the solenoid, controller and FNR wiring?

Here are some pics. I'm guessing that pop was the controller....

The diode is backwards on your solenoid. If you pay close attention to the diode, it has a red side and a clear side. The red side is intended to go on the positive side of the activation circuit. The small yellow wire you have there is the negative feed from the OBC. Usually when this happens it takes out the microswitch either in the throttle switch or behind the F&R switch. Do you hear the microswitch in the throttle box click when you depress the pedal? Make sure it's clicking. Also, make sure the forward most switch on the F&R switch clicks when you try and toggle it by hand. It's the one with the white wire (black stripe) and green wire (white stripe). If either of those two micro switches have failed, the replacement switch is a 1014807. I'm sure you already knew that since you've already replaced them, but you may need to do it again now. Fix the diode wiring and see what you find.

OK - I flipped that diode from the small post yellow to the other post. The front MS no longer clicks and the pedal doesn't click either. I'll pick up another couple of MS and hopefully that solves it. Do you think that was the popping I heard?

Thanks for trying to help me with this. I replaced the F&R MS and checked out the MS for the pedal (it was ok, but just to be sure, I tried a new one in there as well.) No dice. When I press the pedal, the cart bumps forward (or backward) for just s second - then nothing. Where else should I look?

The earlier troubleshooting pointed to the OBC lockout circuit possibly malfunctioning, but now that we know You had the Solenoid diode backwards, it most certainly damaged the OBC lockout transistor.

Put the jumper back from the negative side of the Solenoid activation to B-.

Ok - take a jumper from the small yellow post to the B- on the controller?
