Default new solenoid

My 36 volt CC suddenly does not "click" when accelerator is pressed.
I just replaced the solenoid but still no electric sound is heard when
accelerator is pressed. All batterys are 3 months old. All connections
have been checked and tight. Any guesses on what would be the
next most logical part?
Thnx

Most likely a Micro switch. Does the cart have a controller? What year is the cart? Jump out the micro switch on the F/R switch

It's a '93 and does have a micro switch on the F/R controller.
The reverse buzzer comes on when placed in R. Battery gauge
says it is fully charged. How do I jump the micro switch. I am
a DIY guy but electricity is like French to me....and I do not speak
french.

One way to jump it out is to use a paper clip and stick it into both connectors after you remove them from the Micro switch. Just make sure that the paper clip does not touch anything. Place a rag or something under it. If the switch is bad, the cart will now run.

The micro switch for the solenoid is NOT on the F/R it is on the GO pedal.

Depends on what cart you have. Look under your cart you might see it plain as day mounted to the bottom of your floor. When you press the accelerator you will see it make contact with the switch.

Hang on. You have a resistor cart. Right? If so I belive the micro switch is on the vglide housing.

Thanks Storm S. I have removed the V Glide cover. Tough to see in there very well,
but looks like there is a limit switch in there. Now should I / how do I jump it.
Do I use the paper clip method No Bull Larry mentioned?
Thnx
