Bomb. Nev. Polarity problem

Hi, own a ‘97 NEV (just recently). Upon connecting the 12V battery, the R,N,D,G warning lights are all lighting up. At the key switch all 4 of the green wires have power on, ground is OK, no power on the blue/red wire (supposed to be power).
12V service functions are OK (lights, wiper etc.); nothing else is …
Anybody out there to help me out here ?
