Default 1978 gas tiller cart

Hi there gurus.
I started working on getting my second running. It’s ‘78 HD.
Got it with primary clutch apart (not sure why it was apart) I have what seems to be a bushing/spacer, (maybe it is a bearing race?)for between the sheaves. Manual i have says i should have a needle bearing (20a in my manual)

A few questions for you all,
1. If need a needle bearing, does anyone have a updated bearing number for it?
2. Where would i find the felt washer (16 in manual) i also need to put it together, or is there another option.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Best way to hunt parts is using HDs part number. You appear to be quoting figure #s from a service manual. You need to look in the corresponding parts catalog, identify your parts, and use the HD parts number given there for a google search.
Having said that, vintagegolfcartparts.com is an excellent resource.

Do have the back part? because you need to use 90 weigh oil in about 5 ounces? If I remember correctly it has bin a minute since I built my 77 tiller and a moth since a built my 83 trike Ezgo I think it was 5 ounces maybe 6 on of the two

I have the complete primary, it was just apart from the motor. Now just get the parts & put it back together. After looking, i’ll just build my own felt seal.
