New Epic E40L owner with a few questions

Greetings! I'm excited to have found this site and look forward to learning more. I bought an E40L a couple of months ago and really love it.
Can someone tell me what the 3 green lights behind the display are? You can turn them on/off but I don't see changes.
Is the E40L torque rating the same as the i40L (58lbs)? I can't find a manual online.
Do most of you keep your carts plugged in after use (after breaking them in)?
Is there a way to wire your Eco Cast so it turns on when you turn the cart on?
I'm sure there's a sticky thread but any information as to "annual maintenance" information would be appreciated.
